Showcase Solutions recognized many years ago the need to provide an affordable staging solution to Homeowners of occupied properties. “Hands-On” Staging, a service unique to Showcase Solutions, results in properties’ being readied for the market in record time utilizing:

• AND (this is for you, Realtors!), motivating Homeowners to complete quickly any additional decluttering / packing necessary to prepare for Listing Photos

How “Hands-On” Staging Works

1. Two of our Stagers, arrive at the property, equipped with all the tools needed to rearrange furnishings & artwork.

2. We tour the property with the Homeowners while calmly explaining the upcoming 2-hour process, what it will entail, and addressing any Homeowners’ questions as to the necessity to rearrange for listing

3. Our Team, with the Homeowners’ permission, begins the “Hands-On” Staging process, rearranging furnishings and artwork, focusing on “first impression” spaces (Living Room, Dining Room, etc.).

4. During the process, our Team will complete our room-by-room form, noting any tasks our Team are unable to complete in the two hour timeframe. We then pass this form on to Homeowners so they may complete these tasks in advance of Listing Photography.

5. Before & after the process, our Team will take photos of the property to identify any areas which may need to be revisited to make them as Listing Photo-ready as possible.

HANDS-ON STAGING OPTIONS:

Hands-On Staging

Our Hands-On Staging is our signature solution for occupied homes that draws on 15+ years of experience in the industry.

All it takes is one 2 hour appointment to implement, on the spot, what our trained eyes see to create a newly designed space.

We do this by rearranging the existing decor to optimize listing pictures. It’s amazing what you can do with what you have! We focus on the first impression rooms and primary bedroom. Depending on how substantial the work is, we often can get to additional bedrooms and bathrooms. We leave any notes needed to complete the process prior to the photo shoot. Often, homeowners like to participate in the process, and we welcome their ideas.

Hands-On Staging Plus

Our Hands-On Staging Plus solution is our service for properties that would benefit from additional furnishings, art, or accessories.

We custom select pieces from our inventory for specific areas to enhance listing photos and the appeal of the property to a wider audience.

To implement and customize our Hands-On Staging Plus solution we ask, for interior pictures of the property prior to our appointment. This will make for an effective and efficient use of everyone’s time and effort.
