All it takes is one 2 hour appointment to implement, on the spot, what our trained eyes see to create a newly designed space.

We do this by rearranging the existing decor to optimize listing pictures. It’s amazing what you can do with what you have! We focus on the first impression rooms and primary bedroom. Depending on how substantial the work is, we often can get to additional bedrooms and bathrooms. We leave any notes needed to complete the process prior to the photo shoot.

Often, homeowners like to participate in the process, and we welcome their ideas. Most agents agree that “staging day” is the most fun day of the job!”
